How to Create Credentials for Carrier Portals

If you're setting up your connections with carrier portals for the first time, this guide will walk you through the process—starting with COSCO’s SynconHub.

COSCO (SynconHub)

To access rates and services on SynconHub, COSCO’s official customer platform, you’ll need to certify your company within the portal. Here’s how to get started:

1. Log in to SynconHub
   If you don’t have an account yet, register using your corporate details.
2. Access Your User Profile
   Once logged in, head to your user profile section. There, you should see an option or prompt to verify or certify your company.
3. Complete the Certification Request
   Follow the instructions in the attached form (available for download directly from SynconHub). This form typically requires details about your company, legal entity, and possibly supporting documents.
4. Submit and Wait for Verification
   Once submitted, COSCO will review your request. If everything checks out, your company will be verified.
5. Gain Access to Rates
   After successful verification, rate access will be enabled, and you’ll be able to view and book directly through the portal.
