How it works

How an AI worker learns your job.

One AI team, one shared memory of your operation, and a person in the loop for every decision that needs one.

97 unread. 3 need you.

Between an order and a paid invoice sit dozens of calls, WhatsApps, emails, re-keyed lines and spreadsheet updates. Your AI workers take all of it on, answer on the channel each partner uses, and bring you only what needs a decision.

  • Orders and bookings entered across every system
  • Suppliers, carriers and partners chased until they reply
  • Exceptions caught and routed to the right person
  • "Where's my shipment?" answered with the real status
What they already know
  • How bookings, delays and cut-offs work
  • When customs data doesn't add up
  • Which documents a shipment needs, and who to chase
  • How carrier portals, ERPs and inboxes work
What's left to learn
  • Your procedures and approval rules
  • Your customers, suppliers and terms
  • Your systems and file formats
  • Your exceptions, and who handles them
How it works

One memory. Every system. A person where it counts.

Your AI workers share one memory of your operation. Ask by email, and the answer can come straight from your ERP. Each worker knows what the others already did.

Connects to what you already use

Your ERP, accounting software, inboxes, portals and spreadsheets. Where there's no integration, we build one. The workers read the emails, PDFs, Excel files and scans, and turn them into clean, structured data.

Does the work, your way

Each worker follows your procedures, so suppliers and customers keep hearing from the same company they always have.

Keeps you in the loop

At the start, a person approves every action. As the workers hit the targets you set, they only check in for the exceptions.

Gets better as it goes

When your team edits or overrides something, the worker remembers it for the next time a similar case comes up.

Keeps a record of everything

Every action is logged with its source. Ask a question about your operation and the answer shows you where it came from.

The messy stuff

Missing data, no API, five systems? That's where we start.

Most software handles the clean cases and leaves the rest to your team. We go after the processes everyone else walks away from.

Data's missing?

Your AI workers go and get it. They chase the missing delivery note, the invoice copy or the booking reference, and fill the gaps from emails and PDFs.

Systems don't talk?

We build the integrations. ERP, TMS, accounting software, carrier and supplier portals, even the ones without an API.

Thousands of lines a month?

Volume is the easy part. Every line gets checked, every time, at month-end and on a quiet Tuesday alike.

Twenty steps and a dozen exceptions?

We map every step and every exception with the people who do the work today, then build for all of them.

Needs real engineering?

It's what we do. Document reading, matching logic, browser automation and custom workflows, built and run by our team.

The spreadsheet only one person understands?

Send it over. We'll turn it into a workflow the whole team can see.

FAQ

What teams ask before they start

The short answers, and a few longer ones.

What is Monada?

AI workers that run the day-to-day supply chain work of a growing business: rate checks, booking, documents, customs, tracking and billing. They work across your systems and your partners. Your team supervises them and makes the calls.

What does Monada do for finance?

On the way out, it reconciles supplier and carrier invoices line by line against the purchase order, the proof of delivery and the agreed rates, and requests credit notes when they don't match. On the way in, it checks customer credit before orders are approved, issues invoices, matches payments and chases what's overdue.

Who is it for?

Importers, exporters, manufacturers and distributors who want to grow without growing the back office. If your team runs the supply chain from email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, it's for you. Forwarders and logistics providers use it too.

Do we have to change how we work with our forwarder?

No. Your AI workers work alongside your forwarder, your carriers and your customs broker, whatever mix you use today. They keep every party in sync and check every bill.

What makes the workers ready from day one?

They already know the carriers, documents and exceptions. What they learn from you is your way of working.

Where should your first AI worker start?Try it for 30 days.

Tell us which part of your supply chain you'd hand over first. We set up your first AI worker on your systems and your real orders, and you run it on a 30-day trial.

Start with
  1. Pick where to start. The part of the work that eats the most time.
  2. We set it up. On your systems and your real orders.
  3. Run it for 30 days. The worker moves the work, your team makes the decisions.
  4. Decide what's next. Keep it, then add the next worker.
